Life changing
Self-help books are not my thing but reading this book helped me to look at things in a different light. It might not be for everyone, and everything inside it might not resonate with you, but if you take one thing out of it that helps YOU, it did its job. It taught me a little more about self-love, and that's what I needed at the time I read it. The authors wrote this book like they were having a conversation with you. It's thought-provoking and life-changing. It is one you savor, and process vs. devour.
