The MyMTN app is way easier to use and works better than all the options offered by competitors.... it really is well done.
The developers also listen to feedback, like how they removed the need to enter a password all the time. Thank you for such a great app

App doesn’t work well on IPhones

This app doesn’t work well on IPhones while MTN claims it is zero rated it doesn’t work when you don’t have data. They want to migrate their services to an app that doesn’t work well doesn’t make sense, it is very frustrating after a week raising my concern with their customer support I got no help instead a mere apology for inconvenience caused. Bad customer experience bad customer service deceptive marketing all combined with this
