Test it better for the items available

Many are not avaibe on the app. For example if I search for Eastern cambodge, I will get in google shopping under carrefour, but it won’t come in the app. This app needs a lot of testing with patience. You should probably consider hiring women like us to work from home to test your app. We are familiar with the products and many a times we don’t find it on the app and have to come to the store to buy it.
Herbs were not available online, I saw it today. So that’s good. None of the products of Al Adil that you display in Indian section are available online when we search for it.

Aesthetics of the app is good and like the new features.. but more than anything we need to find the products we are searching for. Today I will drive to carrefour inn Battuta just buy papaya and cambodge because it’s not on app and since I know it’s available in the store.

Disappointing performance and control over Carrefour suppliers

Had a badly disappointing experience with order via Carrfour and still suffering from the order for the past few weeks and till today. No item delivery as Carrfour cannot control his suppliers. Till today no refund as well. All the customer support can do for you is to take the call and say sorry and escalate within call center. After couple of weeks and continuous follow ups they can only send an email to suppliers department which is also not under there control as well. After another round of escalation the seller mangment department can only call the supplier without any control or capabilities to protect you. Then propose for you a refund option which is expected within 7 to 14 days. By the way till today we didn’t receive the refund.

Talking about the supplier of Carrfour, they they have the power to change your product and ask you to pay extra money in cash at the time of delivery and when you consult Carrfour support they advise to you reject the item and here where you start the the worst shopping experience.

Be careful and pay couple of hundreds more more for any other reseller, at least you will save your time and save your self from huge disappointment.

The Application is useless and the service is absolutely garbage

I’ve ordered a TV by carrefour and expected it to reach within 4 days. Never did I know that now I’m past a week with no updates and no communication provided. The call service is just useless, they are trained to repeat what they’ve been told and seem like I’m not getting any response or help that I need from them. Conducted an urgent report by one of the call agents and it was absolutely useless, simply a word to calm the conversation and users while they don’t get any means of helping you. In that sense, it looks like I’ve been robbed by carrefour knowing that I have absolutely no knowledge or whereabouts to my order. I am desperate to tell you carrefour that your agents by saying “this issue is not acceptable” and “your problem makes us concerned and is not based on our reputation” does not make my situation even better. It just tells me that I’m speaking to scammer with no means of conveying the situation of my order.

For whoever is reading this:
Not do satisfy your needs and download this application because it’s based on people trained to lie about your order while the expected time is never accurate.
