This app is good, no use for the residents until English language introduced, hope we will expect the same soon

I have been trying to book an appointment for the driving test for over a month, the system already opens like 14 days and it’s already fully booked, now the system opens a new ONE DAY every night at 12:00 exactly, so many people are trying to book an appointment at hawalli, so every day for like a month I open the app even before 12:00 am to be able to book, as soon it’s 12:00 the app doesn’t work and it says try again later, maybe after 1-2 minutes it opens and it’s already fully booked ( the new day opened) i don’t know how people book when the app crashes at these 2 minutes period, I have tried it on 5g internet and WIFI internet nothing changed, every day the same stressful situation, the app crashes for like a minute and then at 12:01 it opens and it’s already fully booked !! Please open spots for like a month or something so that we can find an appointment, my job is a private driver and I’m not able to work or get any kind of money for over a month just because of this situation, I need this license to be able to work. The one who managed the system of opening a new day every night I don’t know what was he thinking. I hope they add like an additional month of days that can be booked, so that we can find an appointment.!!

Thank you for the steps taken to build such a massive App, called Sahel. I used to worry about the expenses of Kuwait’s money on programs and equipment with no sufficient satisfaction/ usefulness. Overnight all things cannot be expected perfectly, I believe. I would suggest the followings: 1) Plz add English language in the user interface as well all announcements. 2) User could be able to get an official document such Work permit, medical leave, penalty details etc. 3) Help-desk support should be over the phone as well as text chat.
