No Fair play - AMS VS SGT

Team,

Afghan T20 league between AMS vs SGT as per match time is 3:00PM and the same was reflecting in espncricinformer as well. I have joined multiple league by 2:10 itself and will later update my team after the lifeup that’s around 2:45PM , however the match was started by 2:30PM itself, hence I am unable to update my team. I did contacted the support team on the same and they say it’s not their fault since the match was started before half an hour itself. If that is the case match should have been cancelled and money should have refunded . That’s what we call as fair play and you users would have gained the trust and faith in Myteam11 , however match was not cancelled . I lost more than 8K . Loss is not a matter if the match has been started on the given time I would be satisfied better players has won, however when the match was started half an earlier before the given deadline, it should have been cancelled. Not at all happy with Myteam11 on this.

For the same reason Dream11 has cancelled and refunded the funds that’s called as fair play and that why they gain the trust and faith of the players .

Regret now for moving away from other competitors and trusting Myteam11.

Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience, but this match was started before the actual time of it's official and such things also not in our control, that is why we extended the deadline till 3 overs and also notify all the users about the same so that they can edit there team and hence its a fair play for all.

You didn’t deserve no one fantasy app

There are 3 major mistakes were happened to me and I lost more money coz of that

1. At the time of match finished my rank was 1153 but after 30 mins it went to 2400 how the hell it was happened even more than 1000 rank 😾

2. In newzealand ODD match, it was 50 over match, first innings was finished and second innings was stoped at 19th over they didn’t chase the target and only one wicket gone there is no update, no news about why they stopped and no refund if match abandoned.

3. They given player list before 30 mins match starts I did edit my team 2 mins before match starts based on their updated list, but when match starts some players were not playing from the list they given some time I was lost both captain and vise captain from my team coz of their fake list

You guys are like a kindergarten kid in fantasy applications don’t call yourself as a number one fantasy app

Worst UI and Performance

Have you ever seen the Dream11 app. its so fast and having nice UI. I was not able to see my score or rank during the match time. once the match is completed it should show how much I have won in the same screen along with the Rank. I had to open the transaction and saw it under winning tab.

And taking lot of time to load any page. You should do Load Test and Performance Test on application before moving it into production. apart from that I liked this application.
