It’s easy to make book date and time for service car. So far so good But when I book time at 08:30am I got knew the mechanic not doing their works yet at that time so the process service car will be late So customers can take a long time to wait for their car to be serviced

salesman asked me to sign vso via this app. when i login, asked me to retrieve the user id. ok fine i clicked i retrieve. then i login again, brought me to this “update on user credential detail” page. the “enter your new login ID” input field is disabled. only can update the phone number. click “request tac” then got error “login id has been registered. please enter a new login id for your account” 💀 idk what your programmer is doing but there are hell loads of bugs need to be fixed and major enhancements are required for this app. what is the point of this app tbh? it’s supposed to be user friendly and easy to use even if the UI is ugly. this app failed in all categories 💀

Hello! I am usually satisfied with the e-appointment feature with the app, but not when i lose my password. To provide a new password is always challenging because it will not proceed with valid login ID which i had already provided in the previous page. I have raised this with the customer service and they were able to provide me with a generic password to login, but still failed saying incorrect password.

Please do something to solve this issue, because i really appreciate its functions. Thanks!
