Service

The bike wasn’t starting .I gave my bike in Banaswadi ktm service station I got quick resolution and quick response from the mechanic. Joythi the manager there was very polite and helpful in assisting and keep me updated with what was happening with the bike .overall experience was good .but request Ktm to reduce a bit on the service chaarges .

Nasty service By front off staff and technicians can’t do good service.

I went to service centre in Nellore twice previously. Manager behaviour very very bad. All kind of instructions give to the junior level staff by manager.


1.There is no fan or air conditioner in side office area. We are asking to staff regarding normal maintenance office requirements those replied to me sir we don’t about this issue .we are follow manager orders thats it.


2.There is no proper drinking water also. After i met to manager ask about issues. Manger simply tried to skip the topic. This is not only first time i saw previous visits.


3. Bill payment issue

> always we struggle for billing payment

> there is no swiping option, no upi payment , Always those are only asking cash payment only. Every we struggle payment.


4. Bill also cant given to me at the time payment. We asking about the those are replayed to me bill will you get through WhatsApp tomorrow .

Cant provide hard copy bill at the time of bill payment.


5. Technical service worst service for second service.


Bike automatically suddenly stopped while driving, there is no proper pickup and sound also and can’t fill engine oil properly.


[Conclusion]> finally we decided very very nasty service on internal staff external staff. based on my own experience infront of my eyes.

Good design but no follow through

The KTM app design is great ... I just hope the app worked as well as it looks. Give me a feeling that they invested in good minds to design the app but the maintenance and functionality was to someone who doesn’t care. Staying focused on issues here are some.

User details can’t be updated by user. Dealer updated it but still doors not reflect on the app

Service details and parts consumed per service are not available

Would be nice for the user to input issues while booking a service via the app.... that way the workshop will know in advance of any parts or skills required

Book a service still shows service requests when the service was completed
