Currently if customer wants to login via mobile app customer must enter password/biometrics login and enter OTP sent via SMS, which can be bothersome and frustrating for customers that access their mobile devices overseas and cannot use their SIM card due to roaming charges and restrictions. Can consider to include option to switch two factor authentication login with email instead, as email will be more likely to be accessible overseas. App can also be improved to allow customers to print statements for personal reference and record if needed, as current documents cannot be saved as PDF via application.
Very nicely designed
Good app, very useful, nicely designed, user-friendly interface, nice job FTlife.
Cannot download anything
All documents cannot be downloaded. Always request timeout, how come a simple download function won’t work.
Also, this issue has been for months, they even don’t have services monitoring. It’s a joke ;)
