Add multiple numbers to my instapay

I have multiple bank accounts with different phone numbers, I could not find a way to add a new phone number to my instapay account, it seems that the account is linked using the phone number not the email address I registered with.
Even when I logged out to add new number as I assumed I can create new instapay account I only found login and the only way is to remove the app then install it again to create new instapay account with different phone number
Can we add new feature to switch between number, It is really a struggle to switch phone numbers

Very good App with limited connectivity

It is a very good application indeed, it made money transfer as easy as it should be.

The registration was a bit frustrating because I couldn’t register while being abroad despite using the same mobile number registered with my bank account.

I have registered when I returned to Egypt and used the app many times there, but the issue is when I traveled back I couldn’t use the app, it stuck at the splash screen and keeps loading.

You should enable connection from anywhere as long as I have an active account and login using the same credentials. You may require an OTP in case of logging in from outside of Egypt but blocking the connection at all is not the best course of action as I can buy a VPN to make me as if I’m inside when i’m not.

Application Review

Excellent application which is making the transfers between many banks easier and faster.
However, the application stopped working lately on many phones and disappeared from the App store! Customers services support is not available to help! Would appreciate the admin assistance!!
