INVEST ON PERFORMANCE AND LOAD TESTS

i know, crashing can happen when there's a lot of traffic, that's understandable FOR ORDINARY APPS/WEBSITES.. but your app cater to A LOT OF USERS on a specific amount of time thus the "LIVE VOTING" so your app failing on allotted voting time is so unacceptable..

YOU'RE EARNING SO MUCH MONEY FROM ADS AND GOLD STARS SALES BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN INVEST ON PERFORMANCE AND LOAD TESTING OF YOUR APP?! TO THINK THAT YOU'RE INVITING ACCESS TO A LOT OF USERS ON A SPECIFIC AND LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME DURING LIVE VOTING!

i'm sorry to the developers, i'm sure building this app is hard work but when an app caters to a specific purpose, it should be at par.. and releasing an app doesn't stop at coding how it works and looks, it should really be thoroughly tested, in this app specifically, load testing is vital.. i don't know how i can stress this enough. as a developer myself, i'm just so frustrated after having experienced this app during live voting..

The app is unsecured and unreliable

I myself and my friends had been buying tokens just so we can try to catch up with numbers only to find out that some are cheating. We have proofs and we sent you via email but it seems like you won’t do something about it. Tbh it’s disappointing how some are wasting their effort, time and money into getting this ad prize because in the end, others might easily get it just by playing unfairly. No matter how I try to look at it it really doesn’t look good AT ALL. I hope you try to do something about it. As consumers who respect your rules, I hope you look into this. Thank you

tokens where?

I installed the app last month and keep watching ads so I could earn tokens. It functions okay for about 3 days but the following days, it sucked (?). Sometimes I am able to watch ads but never ever gained the tokens since then; also, even though I haven’t watched any ads for that hour, it would notify that I have already reached my hourly limit. Also, this app is expected to have a lot of users, I hope you will fix this app especially it is very inconvenient during voting time, the surge of users always crashed the app and it has been an unfavorable tactic for antis to stay on the app so other opponent fandoms could not cast their votes, which is very unfair. I hope you can improve your app.
