Good Design, very bad service!

Apparently this app was created in a bid to compete with Uber and local taxi hailing app HKTaxi. I installed it following the hype and promise of better service and a good looking design that is clearly has been inspired by that of Uber!

When I tried to call a taxi from a busy area within HK Island (the only area of HK where the service is available), the app took an unusually long time to find a taxi for my trip. After this long pause I receive the message that all their drivers are busy and I should wait for 2 minutes before trying again. Two empty taxis have already passed by me during this time.

Being at it for the first time, with all my patience, I tried again after 2 minutes. The app took that unusually long pause again. To my utter disappointment, it came back with the same message for the second time and also the third time!

In conclusion, this app fails to deliver even the most basic of their promises, to haul a taxi for you, as they simply do not have enough taxis to do that, let alone provide better services than the other, better alternatives.

Highly disappointed by such terrible service

The company is irresponsible to its passengers. No notice or new driver arrangement for the passengers! The passengers who already made the reservation had to change their plan and take public transportation for a long distance travel at late night! Never gonna use this service again
