Kuwait Mobile ID هويت‪ي‬ 4+

I am trying to install Kuwait mobile id but it is suggesting me to update my software to version 13.0..unfortunately when I am trying to update its repeatedly showing me the same download sign without updating..kindly suggest and fix the problem

Hello developers. This is a nice App that used to work for me perfectly on my IPhone 6 currently had IOS 12.5.6. Recently I was asked to update the App but when prompted I was told I need at least IOS 13 but I can download an earlier version of the App that is compatible and when I clicked download the older version I got the same message again. So basically I was not able to download the older version and I still want to use my IPhone 6 with IOS 12.5.6. Plz fix. Thanks for your efforts.

I have been trying to get the app to work for months but it always gives a message saying that it cannot connect to the server. I have deleted and reinstalled the app so many times and it has not helped. I have also reset my phone many times but the problem seems to persist with app. My phone is an iphone 12 pro and my ios is up to date. I may have to go to the PACI office myself and get some help, since they are currently not printing civil id’s and this leaves me in a pickle as I need to travel soon. I think the app needs to be updated because it’s the only one that doesn’t work on my phone. Let’s hope they resolve this soon.
