Garbage UX
This app is actually garbage. Very often buttons just dont work without any message to tell me why. You deployed an app without basic error handling? And the UX, when youre a new user trying to place an order, it will throw an error if you dont set up your address in the settings even if you already put it in the order - and after you do, it throws another error for the mobile number which you also already added in the order. And after all that i still could not order at all.
And the worst part is after all that it charges around 20% of the actual food price. Thats a big markup given your garbage app!!! It would be fine if it was a smooth experience. But that was an absolute hassle!!
Biased App
The app is not very easy to navigate and it always crashes. Meant to be used by korean users and really not meant for pinoy users.
