My app is not working
After updated version of NBP app its not working on my iPhone. When I clicks app icon it comes a second then disappear.
I also reinstalled it bu still same plz resolve my issue.
Other applications on my phone are working properly,

Account type invalid against account number errors
When I register my account first they ask for cnic I input the correct cnic after that next step they asking for an account number of 14 digits so I input my account number of 14 digits but it’s showing the error message “Account type invalid against account number “ but I input correct account number so for this issue I call the nbp helpline number so when I discuss my issue with the agent she also saying you are giving correct information we don’t know why it’s showing error message so she suggested me to reinstall your app and register again so I do this step also but it not worked.
Please resolve this issue on the iOS app.

The inconvenience caused is regretted. while registration customer can insert 14 digit account number or can insert 24 digit IBAN, please select IBAN and type IBAN number. hope this will work, if the issue persists please share your contact details at mobileapp.support@nbp.com.pk, so that our technical team can assist you in this regard, Thanks
NBP Digital App Issues and performance
Hi, here I just want to inform you please that NBP Digital app is not working in iPhone from last month and as we try to open this app, it automatically turn off in just a second before login. I am using iPhone 6 Plus mobile in which this app not working completely.
