I was a little stupid not realising I had so many free coffees being offered to me since switching from the loyalty card to this app as before the person serving would remind me there’s a free coffee and this was because I hadn’t explored the app completely! Fortunately, I did start looking more closely at the app and saw how many points I have accumulated and so managed to get my first free coffee the other day before it was too late! Sadly I have missed a lot of free coffees that were offered to me, but hopefully from now on will look to see what rewards are there and not miss out! So actually I think it’s a good app and there do seem to be lots of rewards actually offered compared to the original scheme. Perhaps for giving 5 stars here, Paul may even be kind enough to give me at least one free coffee sooner than actually deserving it as they will see the huge amount I have missed out on?!! 🙏😃

Once installed the App is simplicity itself to use. There are a variety of screens so you can check your transactions in multiple ways. The only drawback I can see is if you don’t have a smart phone - like my wife! So I have to be there every time. Not an issue really as the payment process and points redemption are both very easy. It’s better than the loyalty card because you can see at a glance how many points you have etc. etc. The app seems well thought out and so far I have encountered no problems. Long may this continue!

For someone who just downloaded the app it’s quite difficult to navigate, you gotta manage to get it to your device, create an account… you go to settings then enter those “promo codes” that you need to memorise (you can’t just press a button and get them, or have them already on your account that you just created, who would want it easy???), go back to wallet select scan and finally choose the food from the counter - all while a queue if forming behind you!! Bit awkward to be honest. Bear in mind I grew up in front of computers, my mom would’ve given up a long time ago. To get to new customers there’s a need to simplify.
