Alipay - Simplify Your Life 4+

Taobao have global version but Alipay not yet, it is difficult use for other country and can't verify at all. please upgrade to worldwide version which convenient and Able use by other country too, its weird that other country able use passport but stuck at card verify stage. at least make Credit card available just like passport verification.

I’ve downloaded this app so that it will make my travel to China easier. The TourPass feature is very promising.

However the app totally fails in user experience. There are 3 different ways to access the Settings and Account Information page. All 3 ways present different but overlapping functions. The developer has poor understanding of the definition of Settings and Account Information.

The Identity Verification is meant for users residing in Mainland China. The app never mentioned that but instead lured users to enter these information by “guaranteeing Alipay’s data protection”. Upon entering passport information, the app requested for bank card number. This, again, is not meant for international users. And there is no way to delete the passport information entered earlier. It’s frustrating and dangerous to leave information in the platform that was never meant to be.

So my problem is , first I wanted to subscribe an app’s vip feature, the app only provide three payment options, that is alipay , wechat pay and paypal. As a foreigner, I give alipay a try because of its fame in China . But it disappointed me totally , although I have add in bank card successfully, the program doesn’t seems to work when I top up .Keep failing and failing . Then I use the tour pass feature that is meant for foreigners I guess, same the problem that my bank transactions keeps saying “fund transactions loading failed, it is risky so we stop ur transactions blablabla “ This is so annoying because all the steps I have proceed and follow carefully but still failed!!!! After all the efforts, I change to paypal . Immediately the transaction success. So pls improve ur program and make it more accessible for foreigners!
