You deserve a hundred good reviews

I’ve listened to every single episode of the podcast over the past few years, and I can’t believe I’m just now leaving a review. But here I am. Thank you for your vulnerable content, the time, energy, and mental space you devote to this podcast. Thank you for helping me feel less alone in my struggles with disordered eating, GI issues, anxiety, and lack of relationship experience. You are a light in this space; keep shining.

Helped me shift my perspective

The conversation with Mish Barnett was so beautiful. Her perspective on boundaries being an act of love for the other person helped me shift my willingness to create and enforce boundaries, which is something I’ve been working on heavily for the past year. Appreciate this show and the work that Emily does.
