More insipid characters
Another wasted effort. This is the third time I've tried to give Jane Ashford romances a chance but in Laura here is yet another insipid character who is witless and has no real depth to her. Yet another blackmail scheme threatens this marriage and yet another annoying attempt to save their marriage and one dimensional love by not communicating and not confiding their concerns to one another and not being the least bit logical. Can't stand irrational stupid characters. Here is yet another book full of them.
