I was using this without issues for the past few months but just recently, the app updated and it causes the ad to show where you can’t click next to go back to the main screen. The button to exit the ad or next is placed on the very top of iphone near the front cam which is unclickable. I think it’s a screen display ratio issue. Haven’t been able to log my weight to the app because of it. I can use the weighing scale but the app became useless. I enjoyed tracking my pattern before so I hope it can be fixed.

Awful! Spend your money on something more reliable. I have been using the app with the paired scale for a while but now it defaults to my husband’s profile constantly. I tried to correct this by tapping on my picture first before standing on the scale and as soon as I weigh myself it is back to my husband’s profile again. When I tap on my profile in the weight measurement area it keeps coming back to him ( who btw, has not used the app in more than a year, he now only tracks on paper logs after becoming frustrated with the app himself). There is no way to delete a family member in settings. I have registered this complaint inside the app but got no resolution or response. Moreover, I’m sure readings for hydration, muscle mass and body fat percentage are not accurate. I drink more than 64 oz of water per day, have increased the amount of weight I can lift by 10 to 20 lbs across all muscle groups (increased strength should signify muscle growth, right?) So, I’m deleting this app and will now record my weight manually in another health tracker. I could have used a cheaper, non-Bluetooth scale to do that.

Sadly, this type of app has become all too prevalent in today’s world. I’m guessing it’s a single individual who has figured out how they can make a ton of money by putting an app out there that connects to inexpensive devices in this case of scale,and then claim that they’re being altruistic. What they really are are raking in the dough from ads, often a plethora of them, shove down your throat with the intention of selling you a subscription. The numbers they give based on weighing oneself on said scale are questionable at best, I would love to see the scientific algorithms are using to determine some of these claims. It’s sad, because this has a significant amount of potential. If there were actual science behind their numbers and the app itself wasn’t so buggy I’d consider subscribing but as it stands now the only thing that I care about is the rest of the numbers I can do myself. so if you’re buying one of these inexpensive scales, do not expect the world from the app, it’s what we get in today’s world.
