To be honest i have no see worse than bitoasis
If you are looking to invest your money with this company first of all you need full trust to put your money second points you need someone to talk with if in future you faced any issues in your investment plans and if you still here ill give you good bad news you are in the wrong place.
Bitoasis they don’t have customers service they are laying to us , on the media we are here 24/7 WhatsApp, email , chat online , Twitter…
But on the real show nothing they don’t have nothing… zero respect, zero attend ,
Not recommended at all and if are you not believing go and try.

Customer service support
I sent crypto from an external wallet to bitoasis and I didn’t receive it. The customer service informed me that the deposit page noted that they do not accept deposits from smart contracts. However, they made an exception for my case and transferred the crypto manually and I received it fully.
Terrible customer service
There is no issue depositing money on there platform and exchanging it on there platform, cause thats what they want right! Then when you withdraw it , they flag the withdrawal and take forever to release it . Cost me time and money ! Talk to customer service and its just a rebotic response . Whats the point of signing up to the platform and then not being able to use it for its purpose. Customer service is a joke and it’s frustrating to talk to. Ill be closing my account with them and will be forwarding to my fellow users !!!! Absolutely shocking !!
