My App Store country that I downloaded in is Hong Kong but where is it??

I wanted to select my country which is Hong Kong and the app I downloaded from was from my Hong Kong Apple store so why isn’t there the choice of Hong Kong in the country cuz now the PlayStation store thinks that my payment country is in England :( it should be $ in Hong Kong but it still shows me the prices in £ which is the currency if you live in England hmm
Can this be fixed please?

Play station Hacker not only the app ,even playing game

just like a hacker app for you !dont download ! you cannot block anyone who keep disturb you at 4am. when you playing game is also can not . some one add you to join a group chat and you can not block the hacker . and keep disturb you at 4 am is 4am just like a clock keep disturb you every second. Play station no one care about you but you have to pay every month. but there are hacker and cheater playing for fun only!!!!!! whay you can do !? just quit the game quit play station no ps4 no ps5 no more Play station . why buy disturber for you? what will they do? just let the hacker playing with fun year and year just let the disturber chating with you every second this is not frist time!!!!! 4 am! !!!!every second !!!!disturb !!!!!Playing with no fun chatting disturber!!!!

Unable to load recently played game

After I have played the game “Paw Patrol: Grand Prix”, I found that the recently played game list cannot load the latest games I have played even I have played other games. Is it something related to the library record of that game?
