Description
SPARK is an electric car-sharing app for your affordable and eco-friendly travels in the EU cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Vilnius and Kaunas.
We provide only electric cars to reach your destination in comfort and style, respecting the environment and saving your costs. Free-floating model allows you to start your trip in one location and leave SPARK car in any other location within designated zones as shown on the map. Your travels might take from few minutes to days – as long as you need a car at the affordable cost.
Here’s how it works:
• Download the app.
• Register – your driving licence and payment card are required.
• Find a car, reserve it and unlock via app.
• Pay for a time and distance – parking, charging, insurance and maintenance are included in the price.
• Select Long term offers – get discounts and free kilometres for your longer trips.
• Earn eGO loyalty points for travelling with SPARK and redeem them for special rewards.
• Get Membership plan and receive special benefits.

Ridiculous drivers license registration experience
I’ve been unable to use the service for 2+ weeks now because upon a submission of the drivers license images the app does not give you any feedback on whether:
- the images are good or they need to be re-taken
-your drivers license is in the process of being reviewed/approved
-expected day/time when you are expected to receive your approval
-literally any information on the status of the process
You can only find that out if you try to reserve a car and it show the generic message of “registration not approved yet”
Calling customer service didn’t work either as they said they can’t have a human take over the process when there’s a glitch like that, so not sure what the point of customer service even is at this point.
Does not work! Registration is difficult!
Horrible registration process. I have used multiple ride sharing services around the world and have never encountered such a horrible service!
100 лв. такса за регистрация
Защо не предупреждавате, че има 100 лв. такса за регистрация? А първо събирате личните данни и после "ще ви таксуваме 100 лв.". Айде няма нужда.

Здравейте, преди процесът на регистрация да е завършен, се появява екран, който предупреждава, че при регистрация изтегляме 100 лв. от картата Ви, след което ги зареждаме обратно в профила Ви, за да ги използвате за пътувания в срок от 6 месеца.
