46. Living With Anxiety with Jahaan Blake, Career Coach for Women in Sports, Consultant and Podcast Host Game of Her Own

I’m living with anxiety. I’ve been this way for as long as I can remember. In today’s episode, I open up about how I dealt with anxiety and refused to let it get in the way of having the career of my dreams. 15 years, 2 World Series rings, 3 major market teams….I did it. I had (and I'm still having) the career of my dreams. I couldn’t have done it without managing anxiety.
I will share some of my experiences including a visit to the hospital and what they told me. I'll also share some strategies to help you manage anxiety.
