I haven't had any of the GPS issues mentioned in other comments, and when it's up and running, the app works great for me. However, when the app isn't working, it's down for a really obnoxiously long time--days, usually weeks. (For example, the servers have been down for over a week now!) Considering the people who rely on this app for accurate and timely info, either fix it in a day or two or don't offer it at all!

It will never recognize your current location and will tell you there are no nearby bus stops - even when you’re sitting at a bus stop! The “track a route” section shows you where the buses should be according to their schedules, not where they really are. And the “plan my trip” section is a complete joke. It will give you the longest and most indirect routes possible. Sometimes it just gives you the wrong routes. You have to go to their website instead and use that schedule to create your own trips. It’s a real nuisance. Nothing about SunTran is user-friendly at all, including this app.

Has GPS location on any bus, so you know if you missed the most recent one. Now I don't have to call that stupid phone number just to check. I wouldn't use the trip planner I guess, since according to the last review it doesn't work. I use my own iPhone maps to see which bus I need to take, and now I know which one I can just use this app to get up to date time stamps of the next two or three busses.
