Since Shopee app launched online, I am getting more interested in doing online shopping via the app rather than having to walk through every shopping malls just to do all the shopping items. And during the pandemic, it’s really helping me so much and reduce my needs to go outside, especially during my pregnancy I did most of my shopping for prenatal to postnatal shopping needs and baby stuff thru this platform. Of course it’s really worth my time and money as I could compare the prices well between shopee online sellers as well as obtained many vouchers, discounts and rewards after shopping. The customer services provided from seller was at satisfactory level which attracted us the buyer to communicate for any information and inquiries of the sale items. I hope that Shopee will maintain their good services, improvise what is necessary as feedback by customers and please do not make same mistake like other platform even when the stability of the business had hit you. Customers attraction and interests protection shall be delivered continuously so that the platform will always be the customer’s choice for both sellers and customers. Delivery system so far quite systematic and satisfying. Keep on doing the good job for everyone.

Shopee has great customer support & protects customer interests. Thank you! Encountered some unreasonable sellers and faulty products. Raised a refund statement and Shopee managed to help me get back my money. However my first few faulty products received, I do not know about this refund process and my money just went down the drain.

My recent encounter was buying a ladder without an expected delivery date on the Shopee page. An sms was send to me after I ordered informing me that delivery is one week later at 6 to 10 pm. I needed the ladder badly and asked to deliver by next 4 days. Seller asked me to collect from their Tuas warehouse. I raised a refund. Ordered from another seller and received item within 3 days. So please check that the item you ordered has got expected delivery date, no expected delivery date don’t place order if you need the item by next few days.

Shopee, a great shopping platform. My daily routine to browse for 15 mins or so. Discovered a lot of good items that you never get to see when at the departmental stores.

Customer service is very very poor. Whatever issues that we customers face, issues never resolved. Some are even very rude and basically all the customer service have that “can’t be bothered” attitude. They will never answer the questions that you ask and will answer your question with a question. Most of the time customer service will put you on hold till the live chat was auto ended. Recently delivery was delayed. I have 26 orders and only 2 was delivered on time while the other 24 orders was held back at their warehouse for almost a week. When using the live chat, customer service claim that they were short of manpower which is ridiculous because the 2 orders that came on time was actually purchased later on but can be delivered on time. About the SPayLater issues, shopee says that the limit a user can be granted is up to $5000 according to how much you spend on the apps. For my case, i have spend a ridiculous amount within a few months and limit was still given the basic amount which is $700. When ask the CS why there was discrepancy in their terms and condition, they were being very rude and unprofessional and told me that i should stop demanding. Whereas my question was why was there discrepancy. I have been using shopee for so long now since they launch and the past couple of years has been very disappointing.
