Who: A Stalker Series Novel by Megan Mitcham

This is my first book by this author and Holy Moly what a book it was...I had to sit and think about what I had just read before I could even think of starting this review. I love twists and turns that you don't see coming and oh my goodness this book had that and so so much more. It took me a bit to find a connection with Larkin...I loved how strong and independent and successful she was but at first she came over as a bit cold to me, but then as the story progressed I started understanding her a bit more.
This was one of those WOW kind of stories, I couldn't even come close to figuring out how it was going to end and I can't even tell you how much I loved reading every word. I completely adored her group of friends and can not wait to get the stories that are to follow.
I love finding new authors that I can add to my list to watch for and I'm completely curious about her Base Branch series and believe I will be checking that out very soon.
If you even kind of like those kind of books that have your heart racing, your mind totally blown, and that have you almost falling off you seat then you have got to read this book. There are no words to explain how good this book was that can even come close to giving it the justice it deserves, and I haven't even mentioned this absolutely beautiful cover...

Complex and Compelling
This story drops you into the middle of madness and makes you enjoy the fall. Sometimes funny, sometimes moving, and always entertaining. I loved this story!! It’s characters were multi-layered and the plot let up only enough for you to catch a breath before diving back into the fray.

An intriguing and mysterious romance with hints of a “Gotham” like feel with shadowy figures just out of reach.
Starting out with Larkin as the strong, savvy, capable and confident business woman who is acquiring the attention of men all around her (both savory and not), the author weaves an intricate and sometimes fascinating story of her hidden “guardian” of sorts.
I really liked the writing style and pacing of this suspense filled romance that had a lot of dramatic elements.
Beckett was mysterious, sexy. elusive, and powerful. Their chemistry built up and up with their finally connection leading to riveting emotional realizations on both sides. In addition to all of this, a sinister plot is unfolding.
This was a totally enjoyable read with promise of more to come!
