Realistic and Accessible Advice that’s Enjoyable to Listen to!

This podcast is such a great combination of chilled out chat with so many gems of wisdom. I cannot wait to try Lisa Snowdon’s chocolate recipe, and it was great to hear her journey. So so inspiring.

I loved the Ella Mills episode too, not only for the nutrition discussion, but the honesty about trolling, building a business and raising a family. I could have listened to Ella and Rhiannon talk all day!
