See All‘Remember me’ button not working
Since the latest update, the ‘remember me’ tab on the log in screen doesn’t work if you select it. This means each time you open the app you need to enter your login and password details, which is annoying. Once logged in, all the information you need (usage) is easy to see though. I don’t know why this issue has not yet been fixed.
Satisfied user
This is a good app. Never had any trouble with it. Gives all the information you need. Only thing I would like to be able to see is the numbers I’ve called or texted though, maybe this could be done in the very near future. Great company, great service, great rates. Always helpful with my queries, and solves them first time. Well done Moose Mobile.
Reasonable App
This app provides for my needs I have no issues logging on it also retains user ID and password for a quick log in on my Apple devices. However, I would look to point out if I look at a PDF bill there is no ability to get out of it unless I close the app. Could this issue please be remediated? Thanks
