Power Rangers: Soul of the Dragon ft. The Power Trip (TDS #44)
The Drifters drop their first episode of 2023 with special guests Michael & Nathan from THE POWER TRIP! This episode covers our first comic book of the show, featuring Tommy Oliver's final mission: Saving his son! Does old man Tommy have a solid finish? Or does it leave something to be desired for the character? The Power Trip weighs in with JR & G on a long standing legacy that wraps up this graphic novel.
NOTE: This was recorded before Jason David Frank's tragic passing. All comments are made during a context for when he was still with us, but we dedicate this episode to his memory.

All across the board
I don’t envy the Drifters, covering so many different franchises and series, but they do it well and make it enjoyable to listen to in the meantime. I’m biased, being friends with one of the hosts, but I’m glad he finally has a podcast to be on, as he was one of my favorites on my own. Keep going at it, y’all. Excited to see what comes next.
Nerdy Friends Talking ‘bout Nerdy Things
One of the big selling points of this show is the rapport of the hosts. They’re longtime friends (and in some cases, siblings), so their chemistry is excellent. They cover a wide range of topics, but those personalities will keep you coming back. Plus, their discussions are funny and insightful. Highly recommended!
