They discussed that despite economic fears of a 2023 recession, the hospitality industry still defies expectations and posts strong numbers. How travel demand, while currently robust, may be impacted if companies need to cut costs in the face of a worsening economic outlook and cover how the industry should continue to focus on efficiencies at the hotel and corporate levels, prioritising customer experience, analytics and automation.
