Nicely developed main characters, the plot was interesting.
A snooze fest
This was a light, boring, and forgettable read. Which is unfortunate bc the description made it seem much more exciting. The h came to love the H after weeks….but you never understand why. The characters had little to no depth outside of Eliza.
Great book!
I loved a great deal about this book, but mostly that the male lead character had character. He was someone who loved his family and tried to do what he thought was best. The heroine confronted a bad situation thoughtfully and communicated with people who loved her when in trouble. So refreshing to have a book that shows communication, love, and forgiveness.
