Hafod 24/7 will enable you to view your rent and payment details, along with checking your rent balance and viewing a full rent statement. You can also make rent payments using the app!
In 2018, the functionality of Hafod 24/7 will increase to include other services, such as the ability to report issues such as Graffiti and Fly Tipping and to report incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour.

Still a useless app
For a large company with what should be decent resources to create what is essentially (at the moment) a basic app, this is a total fail.
Whether your checking your rent balance or trying to see your repair history, or report a repair, the same constant message appears, “failed to update.....”.
Even on the extremely rare occasion it works (once so far in months) you still need to use a third party app (AllPay) to pay the rent. So why is this option even in the app?
Hafod, you need to eliminate this app, employ a decent app creator and completely create a new app from the ground up! Do yourself a favour and remove this poor excuse for an app, it’s bad publicity!
Doesn’t work!
App doesn’t work can’t even register always loading and not doing anything. I’ve tried to delete the app and re-download but still nothing…
Pointless
Repair requests are just ignored, phone lines are not answered. Only way to get hold of anyone is to pay your rent a day late then they will call you!
