Mental Strength
Thank you for this frank and candid discussion on defining mental strength and ways to sustain and re-energize it. Working with people can be fatiguing and if we don’t know the value of replenishing ourselves, we run the risk of being of depleting ourselves. I especially liked the camaraderie amongst you and your willingness to share your own experiences. Real talk amongst real women unafraid to speak your truth in order for us all to be uplifted. Can’t wait for the next pod cast...
