In today's episode I sat down and talked to Maribel Padilla.  She is one of the hardest working women in the Imperial Valley and most to the work she does is to help the less fortunate in our community.  Maribel is one of the co-founders of the Brown Bag Coalition.  Back in 2014 Maribel posted something on Facebook stating she was worried about the homeless in Calexico because of the weather from there the wheels started turning and she got them a place to spend the night, little did she know that 5 years later she will still be helping our homeless community on a daily basis.  If you would like to support Maribel and the Brown Bag Coalition make sure you follow them on Facebook to see how you can be of help and to see some of their up coming events.
