FIX BUGS

I love how the new mobile app looks like and for this, Kudos to the team. But, it is not user-friendly unlike the previous version. It always crashes and even I have a good internet connection, it always says SSL error and delayed OTPs. Actually, I already registered my device for OTP generator, but after I uninstalled it and install it again, I am back now to OTP via email. Even if I wanted to turn the OTP generator on again but still an error message prompted. It’s frustrating to have my transactions pending. I really hope you can fix this and if you can give advice about my OTP generator. Thank you.

Customer Care is Unresponsive

I've utilized this Mobile Banking App for two years, finding it generally reliable for transactions. However, a few months back, I encountered an issue with my account. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't access it, facing repeated prompts of "invalid user" and finding my account locked. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem, including reaching out via customer care email, I haven't received a response in months. It's frustrating that the app isn't more adept at handling such issues and responsive to customer inquiries. Not everyone has access to a telephone for calling customer care, so responsiveness through email or chat messages would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to update my feedback if the matter gets resolved promptly.

Here are the ways to unlock your iAccess.

Mobile Banking Application:
1. Click Unlock in the iAccess ID field
2. Enter your iAccess ID
3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
4. Answer the Security Question you have set upon enrollment

Almost Excellent! (Still)

“I can do almost all my banking transactions in this app! I can pay my bills, transfer funds, settle obligations, inquire currency exchange rate, and the best about it is its face ID adaptation. Almost complete...complete it by letting me inquire and transact with my mastercard credit...that’s all!”

Above was my review and comment several years ago. MC wish was granted! Thanks. After updating today the app, I was really excited to see that LANDBANK finally made it more user friendly, minimalistic but loaded with lots of feature, simple modern design which I really love!!! All those greens and ugly icons are now gone. We’ve got now a faster, more modern and top of the class online banking app! Great Job, LANDBANK!!!
