Stefan Barth - Ultra Cycling and Bike Packing #allyouneedtoknow
I have known Stefan's book Ultra Cycling and Bike Packing for a solid amount of time now, and I was genuinely expecting the English version when I found his email in my box asking if we want to make an episode talking about some specific topics of the book as soon as the new edition was coming. I said yes while jumping off my socks, so here we go.

π It is Giveaway time! π
Win a unique helmet painted by Alice Summers just donating to Bikeygees using this link https://www.betterplace.org/en/fundraising-events/45439-donate-to-bibeygees-and-win-a-unique-lazer-helmet and send me proof at raffle@calamaro.cc.
I will draw the winner on November 24th.
There is always a good reason to donate to Bikeygees, but this one is not bad at all.
I always thought about cycling as an alchemy between wind, happiness and freedom: and that's exactly what this project is all about.
BroomWagon Podcast partnered up with Lazer, Alice Summers and GravGrav to support Bikeygees, the association that teaches refugee women to ride a bike.
Of course, everything is backed up by some BroomWagon Podcast episodes. The last episode is with Katrina, one of the volunteers at Bikeygees.

Customer Reviews
Cheerful Europeans talking about bikes, bike adventures, art and life
This podcast is like a pleasant bike ride with a good friend. Cares and concerns fall away as you go along for βthe rideβ with Stefano and his friends on their wide ranging conversations about life and bicycles and friendship and being a human. Stefano is a charming and generous host. Itβs a bicycle podcast, and it might inspire you to dream of bicycle adventures, but Stefano will never bore you with bicycle snobbery or arcane bicycle minutia. Itβs the perfect podcast to replace COVID concerns with thoughts of hope and joy. Enjoy!
Great cycling info!
Being a female cyclist, I enjoyed the episode with Marie Vilmann on Womens Cycling. Thanks for doing an episode like this. I also love that you're doing local bike rides in Berlin so people in the are can cycle with you :-) Keep up the great podcast!
Helpful cycling tips
This podcast is really helpful for any cyclist looking for nutrition and exercise tips. I enjoyed the episode about breakfast because I never know exactly what or how much to eat before working out. The host laid out a lot of helpful options for every type of ride.
