Radio Channels Opening in Another Page: It seems inconvenient that the live radio channels open in a separate page, preventing you from multitasking within the app. Seamless integration of the radio channels within the app interface would be more user-friendly.
Favorite Radio Channels: Having a feature to mark favorite radio channels for easy access is indeed valuable. It allows users to quickly tune in to their preferred stations without searching each time.
Overall Smooth Experience: Despite the mentioned issues, it’s great to hear that your overall experience with the app has been smooth. The availability of live radio channels, news, and entertainment programs is undoubtedly a significant advantage.

The developer of the app is All India Radio, but the app has many things not just radio —news channels and articles etc.

Well, I only want radio in this app, and nothing else.

I beg you — in spite of knowing that this will 100% not happen — to delight us radio lovers with the following two things:

1) please make a stand-alone app that will have only AIR radio and nothing else.
2) please make the radio app as beautiful as an old radio, not like the junk of an app that you’ve created with this first app. How will you ever compete and create interest in today’s young population with an app as bad as some gas cylinder booking app? Your current app is actually a huge disrespect and a matter of shame for the fine institute of this country - All India Radio - for which this app is created. So for heaven’s sake, please make the radio app beautiful.

The digitalisation of PIB/Akashwani is the most milestone step by GoI and IB ministry from Independence of Bharat New India. Each district should have at least one radio station/relay Centar. Apparently, community radio should be accessible to grassroots such as Gram Panchayat Sabha to Mann Ki Baat should be live on community radio/FMs.

This app is doing the same. We would love this app more if there would be some section like Music Store, Music Cart, Podcast, Akashwani Archives, News Archie, Akashwani Live Video, Public Created content, Aakashwani talent search etc.
