Super informative!

Worth the listen! Susan Watson is a meal planning guru! Positive and motivating, this RD is real. She admits that lifestyle changes are hard but provides simple tips to make it easier for individuals, which ultimately helps facilitate healthy behaviour changes. She provides creative ideas to make healthy cooking simple and fun. Her most recent episodes on nutrition in pandemic isolation are my favourite. She dissects reasons for emotional eating during the pandemic and reassures listeners that this behaviour is okay as long as this is not the only coping strategy and provides examples on other strategies to cope. She even motivates individuals to take culinary risks to try and make new and exciting meals during the pandemic. I will definitely keep listening to this podcast!
