It is very disappointed that the app inside promotes the e-vouchers or coupons, but it could not be used in the app after purchasing! How on earth it needs to buy on line and use off line?? Very poor coordination and caused a very bad customer experience. Dont buy the voucher if you wanna use the app ordering!
Satisfatory but can be improved
The mobile ordering function is very useful especially during peak hours to avoid long queue at the restaurant. Nevertheless there are some suggestions to make it more convenient - to allow users to pay before arriving the restaurant so that the order can be processed at once and we can save the time to wait at the restaurant. Also sometimes the payment process is not so smooth, e.g. no response by clicking the “Pay” button, not sure if it is resulted from any bugs.
Buggy. Shopping cart not working in ver2.0.3
I have been using the original version of cdc app for online ordering smoothly. However, there are few major problems in the newly revamped app which has prevented me from using the app successfully in recent few weeks. Poor experience in this version 2.0.3 update.. Is any developer reading this comment? Please fix the bug ASAP!
1. Fail to save the store which I navigated. Need to select the area and district every time.
2. Removing unwanted item in cart *not* working. The page simply loading forever without anyway out except closing the app.
3. Even restarting the app, unwanted and dated items in cart remain there and cannot be removed. The only way out is to uninstall the app and install again.
