Very bad delivery time service
I ordered my food from the distance around 2 km. They took 1hr 5 minutes for delivery. Very bad delivery time.
NOT DELIVERED
I ORDER FOOD NIGHT 11:37 PM BUT MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AND CHICKING CUSTOMER CARE WAS NOT PICK MY CALL FCUK YOUR DILEVERY 🙃
I was charged with the order that wasn’t delivered and was cancelled
I was charged with the order that wasn’t delivered and they didn’t delivered.
I ordered on their app and was credited immediately and i was waiting for them to delivered it but few hours and still I didn’t get the order so I called them and followed up but was informed they didnt get any order from the app yet but As I received my statement of August I was deducted by this ordered that I cancelled because of waiting hours to be delivered but unfortunately the app wasn’t working maybe but got deducted. I’ve been calling the chicking several times but no response from their end or resolution with this matter.
