An extremely satisfying read
D. Kelly always brings the tears, though this book is not quite the emotional roller coaster past books have been. Haddie and Darren are perfect for each other. They both have experienced great loss and can relate to each other in ways others can’t. While there is drama, the drama is not due to lack of communication, which is refreshing. Haddie and Darren actually talk to each other and communicate their issues. I love the openness of their relationship. While I do feel that their relationship progressed rather quickly, the story didn’t feel rushed. The ending was perfect.

I have put off reading this book for so long.....I pre-ordered as soon as I was able, but just couldn’t bring myself to read it yet..... this series is truly something special! DO NOT read this without reading the others first correctly! Dee Kelly is amazing!!! I have, laughed, cried, been angry, disappointed in characters, and completely captivated by the stories! You don’t just read this book, you feel it!
Second Chance at Finding Love

Darren and Haddie's love story is one that is touching, uplifting, heartfelt, sweet and steamy. I love that these characters have flaws and made mistakes, but I love them even more because they showed growth and opened their hearts again. This is a standalone story but I love that the characters from e previous books are in this one. It was great reading about Sawyer and Mel. Nate and Cady's bond at such a young age is a strong one and I'm excited to see where it leads. The ending to this story was deserving and perfect and I look forward to more books from this author. I will definitely be recommending this story to family, friends, and even my book club.
