Hi mr. Ibrahim, i hope you are doing well, first of all i want to thank you for all the efforts you put in this application to make language learning easier, i have learnt English on the main application (Zamericanenglish) and when i decided to learn german first source i thought of is your new application, it’s been about a month now and im doing so good, but the only problem here is the paid subscription policy, i know that you put all of money into this application to make it happen, and you also deserve to get it in return, but the only policy that affecting my progress is that i can not watch more than two lectures a day unless i pay, i memorize 40 words a day and each lecture in the application contains only about 8-10 words, i need to watch more than four lectures a day to get the job done, there are many features you guys offer for paid subscription but this feature that i mentioned earlier is affecting people who might be not able to pay money, and again, thank you so much for all the work you have done to improve our languages that we learn from you, and lastly i hope you take this review into account.
The application does not work on the iPhone at the moment
The application does not work on the iPhone currently, two days ago, and the application is suspended on the iPhone. I removed the application and downloaded it again, but the application does not allow access. Is there a current problem with the application on the iPhone? Please advise
Technical problem
I’m learning german through this app. It’s great and everything but i just finished the a1 and all of the units are done at 100% but i just can’t go into the the second level a2.!!!? It’s not opening when i press on it.! Please fix it or tell me how can i get rid of this issue. Thanks a lot.
