Keeps on logging you out

I’ve used this app on and off over the years. It pisses me off so I only install it when I have no choice. Mind you my phone is always updated with the most recent iOS. I only open the app once a month just to check my bill, but that is not an excuse to log me out. Using an app should be convenient, so what’s the point if every time I open it I have to enter my login details? I also keep having to set that damned OTP and it doesn’t work since the app always log me out. Worse, the app only allows 8 characters for the password. Seriously?! In this day and age? Checking existing tickets and contacting customer service should also be done inside the app, not route me through the website or the Messenger app (that’s security risk, why rely on a 3rd party app to contact you?) The app is useless if you have to keep on routing your customers through the website. Please improve this, you have a near monopoly of the internet connectivity in this country, you pay a lot for ads and Korean idols even if it’s not needed, spend money for your developers instead.

NOT RECOMMENDED: USELESS AND STUPID APP

I have 2 Smart Postpaid accounts. Every time I will call your hotline, your agents keep on promoting this MyPLDT Smart App so I could easily manage my account. I just recently downloaded this app and guess what? This app is a piece of junk and shouldn’t be here. I’m having an issue registering my mobile postpaid account. It’s strange that you are asking for my mobile phone number but it’s not pushing through for some reasons even if you tick the box certifying that the subscriber is accepting your terms and conditions. END OF TRANSACTION using this USELESS, WORTHLESS AND STUPID APP!!!!

Next, I tried registering using my email address instead and guess what? Another issue, I don’t know why the app is asking me to SIGN IN! Ridiculous! How am I suppose to do that if I am not registered yet? That’s what I’m doing, TO REGISTER but this app is testing my patience!!!! The thing is, if you’ll try to register, this crappy app will route you from the registration page to sign in page. This app is nothing but all stupidity. No one can help me as well from Smart!!!!! Apple Store should remove this app!!!

Worst apps! 😡 Worst Service!!😡 worst Customer service!!! 😡

Absolutely very bad experience using this apps
As I wanted to pay my bills online and view my statement of account, tried many times frustratingly & ridiculous difficult to access
It always tells you that it’s “temporarily not available” and must update your account details call 171 or *888. Every time I do so 171 (PLDT customer service) let you wait for 30mins to an hour all recordings. After successfully engaging with rude PLDT or always in a hurry customer service agents who happens to just care about their survey recorded ratings and not your concerns, it’s a shame to expect that you will give them a good feedback with poor customer service handling.
Once you register and sign in with this Apps it will just give you the same inaccessible to open your account Pop up…
PLDT customer service is as inefficient as this apps.
All are mechanically programmed to just take your money and care nothing about your concerns of bill adjustments for overcharging. Their accounting people are just unbelievably inconsiderate with no customer relation & care at all. Imagine I have been their loyal customer since 2004 but never had been given a loyalty appreciation or incentives at least
