That’s Me!

I have been struggling with anxiety for many years and with meds from my psychiatrist and therapy trying to figure out the root of this anxiety. Your description of HFA hit me like a ton of bricks and I am so looking forward to learning strategies to help me deal with anxiety and to control it. I have learned that my anxiety has lead to many of my successes in life - professionally and as a wife, mother, friend. But I have been paying the price for my overachieving with anxiety. I recently retired and it has all come to a head and each day I wake up with anxiety due to the lack of structure and not feeling productive/fulfilled/worthy.
