Nothing rebellious about these mamas
The reviews had me thinking this might be a smart and funny maternity/early motherhood handbook for women with an actual brain. Unfortunately apart from numerous suggestions to drink alcohol (ugh, 1995 called and it wants its cliché back), these authors are not remotely rebellious nor possessed of an original point of view. They believe that men nowadays still have no idea how long it takes to do laundry and change bed linens. WTF? Who are they living with ? Do they live in 1954? The whole book is written from the annoying perspective of very privileged young women. News flash: not everyone lives in an « urban row house » with a basement and second floor. Honestly not worth the buy.
