Ricky Locke ,

Jeff is a legend!

After meeting Jeff in lockdown, I’ve become a big fan of his work and what he does to inspire others to be the best version of themselves and get unstuck! Not only does Jeff have some amazing experience and gold to share ,but he also has some amazing guests on the show that will inspire you to be amazing!

Putting your health first

Just listened to the latest podcast on the Perfect Imbalance Q&A, featuring Amanda Bate at Redwood Copy. It was informative and lighthearted without being trivial and I managed to learn what a copywriter actually is and also why I need one to stay that step ahead in today's world. The Perfect Imbalance theme came through strongly in relation to Amanda's constant management of her Crohn's Disease, business and family. Bit of a tweak on the audio settings wouldn't go amiss.

Insightful and thought provoking

Great guests with new ideas; I look forward to each new episode coming out weekly.
