See AllConvenient and Intuitive - could be even better
Very convenient and intuitive app. Would be great if you could set up a proxy to allow us to use the app when out of data to buy more data. Also, it would be good to have Touch ID for authentication of transactions.
Not very user friendly
I have several mobile money apps and all of them don’t require me to switch off my WiFi or must have sim card for the particular mobile provider in order to access the app apart from yours. It’s frustrating and I think you need to fix your app at least to be accessed without so many restrictions for many of who are constantly on WiFi or own one handset and sometimes we want to switch sim cards and still access all the money apps. You may be limiting so many clients from using your app.
For reason I will rate your app 3 stars .
Worst App bad User Interface and bad User Experience
I which I could rate this app even lower than one star.
The app has so many bugs and user interface is too busy and distracting, the user experience is poor. I bought unlimited internet and the app doesn’t even show me when my data is going to expire or if I even have active plan. The payment notification says “Congratulations! You have purchase this bundle null successfully” what a heck! You took my money and can not even give me better description of what I paid for, how long it will last or when it’s going to expire as a message or has a notification in the app. AIRTEL THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
