แอพไม่ค่อยสเถียร
เข้าไปดูเวลาไฟล์ทไม่ได้เลยค่ะ มันค้างนานมาก ปัดแอพออกหลายรอบก็ยังเป็น บางวันก็ดูได้บางวันก็ดูไม่ได้ค่ะ

เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานแอปได้อย่างราบรื่น รบกวนตรวจสอบว่าได้อัปเดตแอปพลิเคชันเป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด (5.7.0) แล้วหรือไม่ และตรวจสอบสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ใช้งานอีกครั้งค่ะ
หากยังไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ รบกวนขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้ทีมงานตรวจสอบและแก้ไขได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ดังนี้ค่ะ:
1.อีเมลที่ใช้ลงทะเบียนในแอป
2.รุ่นมือถือ และระบบปฏิบัติการ (iOS/Android)
