I use this podcast sent out by the Episocopal Church for my daily devotions. The daily prayers come from the daily lectionary of the Book of Common Prayer. The narrator and background music puts me at ease as I commune with God and reflect on the divine blessings all around me. This podcast is the gold standard of devotional material.

The Morning Prayer is such a good way to start the day. In today’s reality, attending Morning Prayer services at the church is unrealistic for most, and not offered in most churches. I appreciate that you have leveraged what we do have in modern life to keep this tradition alive.

In year A psalm 26 is actually Psalm 25 in the audio. I hope that helps with rectifying that. On September 6, year a do you have overlapping audio at three minutes before the end of the audio. Today on September 11, year A, you have listed it as psalm 41 but the audio is Psalm 40. I hope that helps.

I’ve been doing morning prayer with my prayer book for the last two years and it has brought so much comfort. I found your podcast about a month ago and WOW! It helps me feel in community with others each morning and it’s been a huge blessing. I make my coffee, light my prayer candle, and press play. The music and the way the prayers and scriptures are read is so comforting, contemplative and focused. Thank you for doing this for us! It truly is a treasure to my family and me!
