Working Gratitude - Real people. Real gratitude at work.

We are excited to share with you our 3rd season of Working Gratitude starting in March 2020. “Working Gratitude” launched in 2012 to stimulate dialogue and conversation about research based best practices of gratitude in the workplace and ways that gratefulness is expressed via philanthropy. These brief interviews with successful leaders from a variety of professional environments will encourage and inspire you and give you ideas about how you can start “Working Gratitude.”

I am a new listener to the podcast, but am beyond impressed with the quality of content that Darin incorporates in each episode. There hasn’t been an episode that I’ve listened yet where I haven’t been able to pull out multiple insightful pieces of information. Work is such a huge part of our lives, so leveraging the tools of gratitude in the workplace can have an incredible impact on us and those with which we work. Keep up the great work!!!

Darin’s interview with Eric Severson, former SVP HR for the GAP and current Chief People Officer for DaVita/Fortune 200 company, shares incredible corporate insight on how he approaches a professional and personal commitment to gratitude and how it fuels his career to aspire to be a better leader. Eric also talks about the intersection of giving back professionally choosing to focus on nonprofit board service as a way to give back to the corporate investment made in his career. Very inspiring to hear from corporate leaders from different sectors on the topic of gratitude. Looking forward to hearing other leaders speak on this topic.

Darin is truly an Ambassador of Gratitude! Not only does Darin’s authenticity and integrity shine through each episode but I live hearing the unique stories of how individuals have brought a sense of thankfulness into their personal and professional lives. I love Darin’s words about the “blended life” and reminding us that it’s not about surviving but thriving. Truly an inspirational podcast. Keep them coming Darin! #WorkingGratitude
Darin Hollingsworth shows us how to give back
05/02/2019
What I love about this podcast is Darin puts his heart into it and has interesting guests, who give amazing examples of how they have a thriving business, but manage to give back to the organizations and the community that surrounds them. The examples from his April 22nd show with David Oliphant, made me stop and think about non profits that are close to my heart and how I can give more of my time and expertise, to help them out. Great Podcast Darin, keep up the good work!
Superb & Authentic
